Perched on the very edge of a great expanse of barren wilderness is Treeline Keep, also known as The Northern Outpost. Treeline Keep used to be a crucial point in the defense of the southern kingdoms from Zeruul's forces, providing a last point of contact for troops heading out to fight, and a watch post to guard against invasion. Now that Zeruul has won the war, Treeline Keep has become an independent city-state, and a rather notorious haven for individuals who wish to avoid the public eye.
