Fontis Sapienta has fallen prey to a dark power. I'll need to find Archmage Philima, leader of the Arcane Order, to help restore the city.

Philima has gone into hiding since the Obsidian Guardian took her throne. She changes locations regularly, and magically seals the rooms. Her followers are also instructed not to allow any visitors.
You'll have to track her down by following the Failed Wizards. They're the only ones careless enough to lead you to her. |
